How to order
There are a number of ways that you can order.
Items can be added to your shopping basket and then using our secure checkout via Paypal you are able to pay using either your card details or your Paypal account.
Call us on 01588 640074 (if we are not in the office then this number automatically diverts to our mobile) and we can take you order over the phone.
Alternatively you can print off your order when you get to the checkout and post with a cheque made payable to Stretton Oak Tubs, to Argoed Barn, Clun, Craven Arms, Shropshire SY7 8NW.
Our aim is to provide you with freshly cut and produced goods as possible, we therefore cut barrels to order, so please allow a couple of days for the goods to be despatched. If you need something quickly, please give us a call and we will endeavour to assist as much as we can. We try to keep delivery costs as low as possible, but hopefully you can appreciate the size and weight of some items means that we have to deliver via pallets. All our prices include delivery to England and Wales in the price, for Scotland (excludes Highlands & Islands) the delivery charge will be added at the checkout when you put in the delivery postcode.
We will use either a courier or a pallet delivery service to deliver your goods.
Up to 55kg we will use either Night Freight Couriers (also known as DX Couriers) or Yodel.
55kg plus we send via a pallet. Please be aware this is a kerbside delivery service but usually depending on your drive the drivers are more than happy to leave the pallet as close to your house as they can. If you do have a gravel/uneven drive then the delivery company may not be able to get your goods as close as you wish due to the manual pallet truck wheels being unable to work on uneven surfaces.

Stretton Oak Tubs operate a “no-quibbles” exchange or refund policy, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from date of purchase. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less delivery costs involved. If the return is due to an error we have made we will happily refund the full cost. Right To Cancel
In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition.
You should contact us and we can then arrange for return. We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).
